Season Finale

The rogue borg beamed aboard the USS Magellan A was brought to sickbay for examination. However, it had its own agenda, and suddenly moved towards mess hall and... connected itself to the food replicator!

The crew went desperate, but before they could do something, the borg used the replicator to create holograms to communicate:

"We were assimilated by the borg, but through our telepathic powers, we've retained individuality. However, alone we can't turn off all those borgs. With the help of Gizmo, we could hack into the collective and upload a virus that would destroy all the borgs in the planet. Including us. You must not worry about us. Our planet has been changed, everything we knew is gone. Our existance has become a burden to us."

The Captain wasn't sure what to do: "I'm not sure, Mr. Roy. If we follow the aliens plans, we will be indirectly commiting genocide. All we could do is save the freed borgs. If there are hot women among them, we can keep them in the crew, with tight outfits."

Still, with such an iminent threat this close to Federation territory, he was tempted to kill them all:

"All I know is this: because of the borg in this sector we lost many good men in several battles, we lost a ship, had to be rescued by the klingon, and now it seems there is no way to save gizmo's race. I'm tempted to send them all to hell."

Finally  the crew reached a decision. It was easy after the borg messed with the replicator and changed the Raktajiino recipe: "Let's tell Gizmo to go ahead with his race's plan, kill all the borg, kill themselves if there is no way to save them, and then we show this borg the airlock. Then we tell Starfleet to terraform this whole damn planet and then settle some miners or something in here.
Thats what you get for messing with my raktajiino, borg. Genocide."

Ms. Debbydo, our communications officer, also had some good ideas to confuse the borg: "Or even better twitter or facebook should confuse it."

Mr. snapper Desade, our tactical officer, had some strong reservations about using farmville though: "Farmville has been banned under federation law, you can't inflict farmville on anyone, even the borg."

So they put the plan into action. These were Gizmo's race final words: "We are Gizmo's brothers. We received the message. We understand what has to be done. Farwell, Starfleet. We hope that our actions will be remembered, and that it will help your civilization to endure and continue. It was too late for ours."

The borg still tried a final desperate attempt to save themselves, and launched one last Borg Cube. However, it was no match for the combined forces of USS Magellan A, USS Ajax and USS Thunderstorm:

"The Ajax has stronger shields, it should tank for us. We're DPS ((lol))."

The borg cube was destroyed after a fierce battle. With the aid of Gizmo, his assimilated brothers managed to shut down all the borg in the planet, including themselves. Still, Federation was free from this menace, and countless other worlds and races were thankfull.

"Captain's Log, suplemental: "The brave crew of the USS Magellan, facing certain death numerous times, and after losing a ship, finally managed to stop the borg menace in the sector. But at what cost? An entire sentient species, possessing great telepathic powers, had to be sacrificed, so we could endure. They did it so their powers wouldnt be used by the Borg, and to help other aliens they had never met. They were truly noble, and Gizmo, the last of their kind, will have to carry that weight for the remaning of his life."
